Atlanta, Ga. - Hendrix entered Saturday's match versus Oglethorpe on the back of three consecutive wins in the Southern Athletic Association (SAA). The Warriors were looking for revenge after the Stormy Petrals beat them in straight sets at Grove Gymnasium back on Oct. 8.
Safe to say, Hendrix repaid the favor.
The Warriors took the match in straight sets on Saturday afternoon at Dorough Field House in what was a critical victory for Coach Brittany Newberry's squad.
Camryn Presley led all players with 14 kills.
Camryn Kennedy backed that up with 11 of her own.
Kyler Greenlee and
Adilynn Henry combined for 38 assists.
The win improves Hendrix to 10-10 (6-5 SAA), and they remain at fourth in the conference standings heading into tomorrow's match with the SAA-leading Berry Vikings.
