Sewanee, Tenn. - Hendrix fell 3-0 to the Sewanee Tigers on Friday afternoon at Pruett Field in the Southern Athletic Association (SAA) semifinals.
Kennedy Lewis recorded 6 saves on 24 shots, with 10 of those shots on frame.
The Tigers scored the opener 30 minutes into the match, then added two more later in the second half.
Hendrix tallied four shots on the evening, but were unable to put an effort on frame.
The loss ends the Warriors' historic 2023 season, one that saw them win a single-season program record 12 wins and tie their single-season record for most SAA wins. Hendrix had beaten Oglethorpe last weekend in a penalty shootout to advance to the semifinals. It was their first playoff victory in five years.
