Memphis, Tenn. - Hendrix finished 5th at the 2024 Southern Athletic Association (SAA) Championships at Shelby Farms Park thanks to impressive performances by Anna Cantrell and Ella Williams.

Cantrell, the reigning SAA Newcomer of the Year, was crowned the fourth fastest runner in the conference with a time of 22:37.64. Her fourth-place finish earned her an All-SAA First Team nod, the first of her career.

Williams came in at 12th to earn her second-consecutive All-SAA Honorable Mention honor, finishing the 6k in 23:59.03.
