Shreveport, La. - Hendrix completed the season sweep of Centenary on Tuesday evening with a 62-48 at the Gold Dome.
Riley Brady led all scorers with 14 points, her second-consecutive game in double-figures since returning from volleyball season.
Simone Shields backed that up with a season-high 12 points, shooting 6-of-12 from the field.
Ava Knoedl and
Natalie Edmonson each knocked down three triples on their way to 9 points, with the latter also registering a game-high 3 assists.
The Warriors led 32-21 heading into halftime after what was a relatively smooth first half. Centenary would trim Hendrix's lead to 2 with 2:40 remaining in the third quarter, but Hendrix would close the quarter with a 10-1 scoring run to take an 11-point lead into the fourth quarter.
Wes Sullivan's team was in full control in the final ten minutes, leading by as many as 21 before calling the dogs off to see out the 14-point victory.
The win improves Hendrix to 4-3, and they have already matched their win total from the 2023-24 season, and their two road wins are tied for the most in a season since the 2018-19 season. The Warriors will remain on the road this weekend as they head to Jackson, Mississippi for a pair of non-conference contest with the Mississippi University for Women and Huntingdon College at the Millsaps Thanksgiving Classic.
