Conway, Ark. - Hendrix was defeated 106-82 by Huntingdon on Wednesday afternoon at Grove Gymnasium.
The high-flying Hawks began the game on a 14-2 run and looked to be running away in the first half until Hendrix found its footing and clawed its way back to within four right before the final media timeout. Huntingdon would close the half with a 20-8 run to carry a 57-41 lead into halftime.
The away team kept up their pace in the second half as the Warriors were unable to get the lead back to single-figures.
Beau Kronenberger led Hendrix with a career-high 22 points.
Colten Berry,
Tyler Deithloff,
Jaxon Herrera, and
Sky Tschurr all finished in double-figures as well.
Hendrix will remain at home to host in-state foe Lyon tomorrow for a 5:00 PM tip-off at Grove Gymnasium.
