Conway, Ark. - Hendrix dropped both games of their midweek doubleheader versus Central Baptist (CBC) on Tuesday evening at City of Colleges Park.
Game 1 (L, 4-1)
Despite outhitting the Mustangs eight to five, Hendrix was unable to take advantage of runners on the base path over the course of seven innings.
The Warriors got the scoring started in the first as
Betty Wolfe scored after reaching base on a lead-off single. CBC responded with a two-run shot in the home half of the first to take a lead that they ultimately would not surrender.

Game 2 [L, 17-2 (5)]
After going down 1-0 in the first, Hendrix got on the board with a

CBC retook the lead in the home half of the second with a five-spot that kick-started a 16-0 scoring run to bring the run-rule into effect in the fifth.
Wolfe, Fowler, and
Tori Maldonado each recorded two hits.
Sadie Lewis (L, 1-4) was the pitcher of record after 2.2 IP, surrendering nine runs on six hits, with only five of those runs being earned.
