Warriors Suffer First Loss of 2024 to St. Thomas

Sherman, Texas - Only one goal was needed to separate Hendrix and the University of St. Thomas on Friday night.

The two sides met at Austin College for a neutral site, nonconference affair, with the Celts taking it 1-0.

Hendrix totaled ten shots, eight of those being in the second half, but could only muster two shots on target. Kennedy Lewis made five saves over the course of the 90 minutes.n

The loss drops the Warriors to 2-1-2 on the season. They will remian in Sherman to take on Austin College on Sunday.
