Round Rock, Texas - Hendrix is finally off the mark in league play with a 3-0 win over Concordia on Friday night.

Ava Puente got the scoring started in the 22nd minute with her first career goal, assisted by Lauren Humiston.

The Warriors were able to double their advantage late in the second half as Madi Lampkin fired her in her sixth goal of the season. Evi Kolman added a third in the 88th minute to put the match beyond reach for the Tornadoes.

Kennedy Lewis made four saves over the 90 minutes en route to a shutout victory.

Hendrix recorded 12 shots on the evening, with 6 of those put on frame.

The win improves the Warriors to 3-4-2 and 1-1-0 in the SCAC. They now head to Seguin to take on Texas Lutheran on Sunday afternoon.
