Marshall, Texas - Hendrix extended its losing streak to four matches with a 2-1 loss to East Texas Baptist on Tuesday night at Cornish Field.

Hendrix went ahead inside of five minutes as Caleb Nichols slotted in the opener for his first-career goal.

The Warriors only tallied three shots on the evening, with all three coming in the first half. 

ETBU opened up in the second half and quickly went level with a strike of their own in the 57th minute. The Tigers found the winner fifteen minutes later.

Gregorio Medina Armas got the start in goal and made three saves to keep a first-half clean sheet before being relieved by Kasey Lauderdale.

Hendrix (2-6-2, 1-2-1 SCAC) returns home to host Schreiner and McMurry this weekend for Homecoming.
