Irving, Texas - Hendrix was off to winning ways to begin league play in the SCAC with a 3-1 win over Dallas on Friday night.

Holt Bliss put the visitors in front 13 minutes into the match, and Vaibhav Thikkavarapu's first career goal doubled Hendrix's lead just a minuete later.

After Dallas halved the deficit late in the 84th minute, Jensen Pechar put the game to bed with an immediate response.

The win improves Hendrix to 2-3-1 (1-0-0 SCAC). They will now head to Colorado Springs to take on Colorado College on Sunday afternoon.
