Steve Andrade enters his second season as an assistant coach for the Baseball program. Andrade was drafted in 2001 out of California State Stansilius and currently has over 10 years of professional baseball experience. Andrade was called up to the Major League Baseball in 2006 by the Kansas City Royals. Andrade went on to play for the Angels, Dodgers, Padres, Royals and Rays during his MLB tenure. After retiring as a player, Andrade was hired by the Los Angeles Dodgers as a coach. Andrade, his wife, Rachel, and his boys, Vincent and Royce, reside in Conway.
