Lee DuCote joined the Hendrix Football staff in 2016 as chaplain and spiritual coach. 

For the past three years, DuCote has been the College Director in Conway for Young Life and will serve as the Area Director for both the middle and high school ministry in 2016. 

DuCote has served on staff as a college minister for First Baptist Church in Bossier City, La. and a youth minister for The Peoples Church in Franklin, Tenn. After fifteen years of working in a church setting, DuCote and his wife volunteered for Young Life at Page High School from 2006 to 2012. In 2012, he joined Young Life staff in Heber Springs, Ark. and worked as the area director before moving in 2014 to Conway to work with college students. 

During his time in Heber Springs, he served as the chaplain for the Heber Springs High School football team and led a Bible study for both coaches and administration. 

DuCote is also an author with six novels by Grave Distractions Publishing in Nashville and has a new series called Cedar Branch releasing in the fall of 2016.
