Bobby Peters enters into his first year as head coach of the Hendrix men's soccer program in 2026.
Peters arrived in Conway from Eastern Arizona College, where he started the men's soccer program in the fall of 2023 and led the program to national recognition, including back-to-back region semifinal appearances in 2023 and 2024. The Monsters' on-field ability was matched by their academic prowess -- the 2024Â team held a combined 3.44 GPA, which ranked 16th nationally in all of the NJCAA.
Prior to Eastern Arizona, Peters spent three seasons as the head women's soccer coach at Cochise College, taking a team that had previously won five matches into a conference and regional champion. In his first season at Cochise, Peters was named Coach of the Year by the Arizona Community College Athletic Conference.
Peters spent the 2018-19 season as the head men's and women's soccer coach at Northwest College in Powell, Wyoming, where he also served as an adjunct business professor.
Peters got his coaching start in his home state of Missouri, serving as the head men's coach at East Central College where he was named the Missouri Community College Athletic Conference Coach of the Year in 2011. Peters returned to his alma mater, Missouri Valley, in 2012 to help lead the Vikings to multiple NAIA national final appearances.
