Meredith Mesaris

Meredith Mesaris joined the Warrior women's basketball staff in August 2015.

In her first season, the Warriors went 19-7 overall and finished third in the Southern Athletic Association. She helped coached SAA Player of the Year Sara Dylsin and WBCA All-America Honorable Mention Caitlin Kriesel-Bigler.

Mesaris, a two-time Women's Basketball Coaches Association All-American and 2015 CoSIDA Academic All-American, was the leading scorer for the University of Scranton Lady Royals all three seasons she played there, averaging a career high 19.8 points per game her senior year. She also led the team in made field goals and free throw percentage all three seasons, field goal percentage her sophomore year in 2012-13 and is the all-time leader in free throws made and attempted in University of Scranton history.

Additionally, she ranks third all-time at University of Scranton in free throw percentage (83.0) and scoring average (17.9) while ranking fourth all-time points (1,782) and field goals made (642) and 12th in field goal percentage (48.3)

Mesaris was selected to participate in the NCAA's Career in Sports Forum, and graduated magna cum laude from Scranton in 2015 with a Bachelor's Degree in Management with a minor in coaching.
