Jeff Trimble enters his 13th season as the head coach of the Hendrix College women's soccer program in 2026.

SEASON HIGHLIGHTS (HENDRIX)
2025: Trimble’s squad went 7-9-4 with a 4-4-2 record in their first year back in the SCAC. The Warriors were 3rd in the SCAC in Saves and T5th for Shutouts. The Warriors had 3 All-SCAC selections, as well as one All-SCAC Freshman team selection.

2024: Trimble led Hendrix to a 6-5-5 record. The Warriors had 5 clean sheets. Hendrix had two All-SAA selections, as well as Camy McKenzie earning United Soccer Coaches All-Region.
 
2023: 2023 was a record-breaking season for Trimble's team, finishing with an overall record of 12-7-1. The 12 wins broke the record for most wins in a single season. With a winning record of 4-3 in conference, the team hosted their second SAA home postseason game since 2018. The Warriors finished fourth in the SAA standings. The Warriors would have 8 All-SAA selections.

2022: Trimble led the Warriors to a 10-7 overall record, finishing 3-4 in conference, placing 5th in the SAA. The Warriors had 4 All-SAA selections. Julia Dick would be nominated for NCAA Woman of the Year.

2021: Trimble led the team to a record of 8-7-1 for the fall. The eight victories were followed by six shutouts on the season. The Warriors earned 4 All-SAA selections.

2020-2021: The Warriors went 3-4 in a shortened season. They earned 4 All-SAA selections. 

2019: Trimble led the Warriors to a 7-8-5 finish on the 2019 season. The five ties is the most in program history and was at the top, nationally, for most ties for a single program this year. Hendrix finished sixth in the SAA standings but most notably, Hagan Griffith became the program's all-time goal scorer and also earned All-SAA First Team honors.

2018: Trimble's Warriors tied the school record with 10 wins and doubled up Hendrix's previous record for most SAA victories with four while also hosting its very-first SAA home postseason game also. The Warriors made it to the SAA semifinals before losing to Centre for the second consecutive postseason. Most notably, Griffith and Evie Cannon earned All-SAA First Team honors.

2017: Coach Trimble guided the Warriors all the way to the Southern Athletic Association Tournament Finals; losing a heartbreaker 2-1. Most notably, Hendrix took down the MacMurry Highlanders 7-0. The Warriors recorded 28 shots for the game compared to MacMurry's one shot.

2016: Trimble guided the 2016 Warriors to a school record 11 victories with eight shutouts. The Warriors earned 4 All-SAA selections, as well as Newcomer of the Year in Hagan Griffith.

2015: Trimble's Warriors tied the school record with 10 wins and recorded eight shutouts. In his second season, he guided the Warriors to eight wins and a sixth place finish in the SAA. The Warriors earned three All-SAA selections as well as two NSCAA All-West Region selections.
2014: In Trimble’s first season, he guided the Warriors to a 8-9-1 mark. Hendrix earned 6 All-SAA selections and one NSCAA All-West Region selection in Samantha Lallas.


Trimble came to Hendrix after a successful 16-year tenure as the head coach of NCAA Division II powerhouse Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas. While with the Mustangs, he was a three-time Lone Star Conference Coach of the Year (1998, 2010, 2013) and was the 2010 NSCAA South Central Region Coach of the Year. 

BEFORE HENDRIX

Trimble compiled a 194-101-28 record with MSU, winning four conference titles and finishing in the top four every season. He guided the Mustangs to the NCAA Division II Tournament three times from 2010-13.

At MSU, Trimble coached six All-Americans, 36 All-Region selections and 84 All-Conference picks.

Before becoming the head coach at Midwestern State, Trimble was an assistant with MSU women's team from 1996-97 and a men's assistant from 1994-95. He also served as an assistant coach for Warsaw High School in Indiana in 1994 and for Grace College in Winona Lake, Ind. in 1993.

Trimble was a three-time All-District and All-Conference and two-time NAIA All-American Honorable Mention goalkeeper for Grace. He helped the Lancers to three straight conference titles and earn a national tournament appearance. Trimble still owns the school record for most shutouts in a season with 11.

A native of Greenville, Ohio, Trimble played for Dayton Christian High School and was selected to play on the Ohio Olympic Development Program team following his senior season.

Trimble earned his bachelors degree from Grace in 1993 and a masters in Counseling from Midwestern State in 1999. Jeff and his wife Kelly have three sons - Alec, Evan and Owen.
