Riley Rosenow enters into her first year on the Hendrix College women's soccer coaching staff in 2026 following a four-year varsity head coaching career at Central Arkansas Christian.
During her tenure at the high school level, Rosenow lead her program to four state tournament appearances with two back-to-back seasons as state runner-up, earning the school the chance to advance to a higher, more competitive classification, followed by a semi-final finish and a quarter-final finish at the state level. She coached 24 all-conference players, 12 all-state players, and 3 all-state tournament team players, and 3 All-Star team qualifiers.
Rosenow played for CAC from 2015-2018 as a attacking midfielder, graduating as a four-year all conference player, four-year all state player, and named as an All-Arkansas Prep athlete. She contributed to the team’s 4 straight appearances in the state finals, finishing as runner up her freshmen season and state champions her sophomore, junior, and senior year. She was named team captain her junior and senior seasons. During her club career at Little Rock’s Mighty Bluebirds Soccer Club, Rosenow played starting left center-back and contributed to the team’s consistent success as they won state 4 years in a row and competed at the regional level. She was also invited to join the roster of Arkansas’ Olympic Development Program team to compete at the regional level.
Rosenow graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing with a minor in English. After college, along with coaching soccer she taught middle school history, coached boys varsity and girls varsity tennis, and even earned a state championship with girls tennis for the first time in school history.
Rosenow is the daughter of Wes Sullivan, who is the head women's basketball coach at Hendrix. Her younger sister, Clara, was a four-year letterwinner with the Hendrix women's soccer program.
