Brett Sikora

Brett Sikora joined Ryan Meek's coaching staff in August 2013.

Prior to joining the Warriors, Sikora spent the 2012 season as a volunteer assistant at NCAA Division I powerhouse Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro.

He spent three seasons as the assistant at Arkansas Tech University in Russellville, helping the Golden Suns to two conference titles and an NCAA Tournament appearance in 2011. While at Tech, Sikora coached two AVCA All-Americans, five all-region players and 13 all-conference selections.

For two years, Sikora was a graduate assistant at Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Mich. While with the Lakers, Sikora helped GVSU to back-to-back Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference titles. He coached four All-Americans, seven all-region players and 12 all-conference selections.

Sikora started his career as a volunteer assistant at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, his alma mater.

Besides his collegiate career, Sikora has coached several club teams in Michigan and Arkansas.

Sikora graduated from Western Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education in 2006 and was the captain of the WMU men's club volleyball team. He earned his Masters of Education from Arkansas Tech in 2011.

Sikora and his wife Marcela reside in Conway.
