Senior Daniel Imbro was named to the Baseball Academic All-America Third Team selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America on Wednesday. Imbro, a right-handed starting pitcher from Little Rock, Ark., went 6-5 with a 3.44 earned run average, 56 strikeouts, five complete games and a shutout over 81 innings and 11 starts. He ranked tied for fourth in the Southern Athletic Association in wins, fourth in innings, tied for seventh in strikeouts and 11th in earned run average. For his efforts, Imbro was an All-SAA Second Team selection. He was also the Hendrix College Co-Man of the Year. In the classroom, Imbro had a 4.00 grade point average while majoring in Economics & Business
