Freshman middle blocker Samantha Stockdale recorded 11 blocks for an average of 1.38 per set in the Warriors two home victories over the weekend. The Salem, Ore. Native also hit .429 with 2.25 kills per set. In Saturday’s sweep over Millsaps, Stockdale registered five total blocks, four digs and had five kills. In Sunday’s five-set win over Birmingham-Southern, she recorded season-highs of six blocks, two of which were solo, 13 kills, four aces and hit .440 with two digs.
