SEWANEE, Tenn. - The Hendrix College women's soccer team lost to Sewanee - The University of the South 2-0 on the road in Southern Athletic Association competition Sunday afternoon.

The Tigers (7-3-2, 3-0-1) who sit in second place in the SAA standings, outshot the Warriors (8-5-1, 1-3) 12-1 overall and 7-0 on goal.

Dayla LaRockque scored for Sewanee just 2:56 into the game. Kiley Ezzell added their second goal in the 68th minute.

Both teams had four corner kicks and five fouls.

Hendrix Notes
- Junior forward Janie Stultz took the Warriors' only shot.
- Sophomore keeper Jordan Rausch had five saves in goal.

Sewanee Notes
- Tasha Saunders and Katie Morrison both had three shots and one on goal.
- Keeper Olivia Glascoe gets credit for the shutout.
