ROME, Ga. - The Hendrix College volleyball team remained perfect in Southern Athletic Association play with a 28-26, 24-26, 25-16, 25-22 victory over #20 Berry College on Saturday afternoon.
After splitting two close sets, the Warriors (12-6, 6-0 SAA) dominated the third, hitting .333 with 16 kills, while the Vikings (13-4, 4-2) hit just .059 with nine kills. The fourth set was tied at 19-19, but Hendrix won six of the last nine points to take the match.
For the match, the Warriors hit .156 with 56 kills, six aces, 68 digs and 12 blocks. The Vikings hit .076 with 46 kills, two aces, 64 digs and 11 blocks.
Hendrix Notes- The win was the second over a top 25 opponent for the Warriors.

MC Rogers recorded her seventh double-double of the season with 17 kills and 10 digs.

Sara Dyslin tied her season-highs with 14 kills and eight digs to go with five total blocks.

Holyn Duyck combined for 43 assists and 16 digs.

Felicia Beeman came up with 21 digs, her seventh 20 or more performance of the year.
Berry Notes- Christina Goforth had 11 kills and 16 digs.
- Katie O'Rourke added 11 kills and six blocks.
- Setter Lauren Schmitz assists 37 points.
- Katie Truluck led all players with 22 digs.
Up NextHendrix will travel to Atlanta Sunday to face SAA rival Oglethorpe University at 10 a.m. central time.
