KERRVILLE, Texas - Hendrix College senior point guard
Caitlin Kriesel-Bigler recorded 29 points, 10 rebounds and seven assists to led the Warriors a 69-59 win at Schreiner University Saturday afternoon.
The Warriors (8-2) started off with a 24-16 lead after the first quarter, but the Mountaineers (1-8) would fight back to make it 33-32 at halftime. Tied 45-45 at the end of third quarter, SU hit a three-pointer with 7:40 left in the game to gain their first lead of the game. Hendrix answered with an 18-2 run that gave them a commanding double-digit lead headed into the final minute of the contest.
For the game, the Warriors shot 38.8 percent (19-of-49) from the field, 7-of-21 from three-point range and 24-of-34 at the line. The Mountainners shot 34.4 percent (21-of-61) overall, 4-of-19 from outside and 13-of-23 at the line. Hendrix held a 46-32 advantage in rebounds.
Hendrix Notes- Kriesel-Bigler hit 29 points for the third time in her career. Her 10 rebounds was a career-high and seven assists tied her best output of the season.

Sara Dyslin came up with 14 points and eight boards in her first start of the year.

Hailey Bode scored six points off the bench.

Maddie Anderson and junior
Anna King each netted five points.

Katy Gallien pulled down eight rebounds, tying her season best.
Schreiner Notes- Kelsie Jackson led the Mountaineers with 12 points.
- Jordyn Villa had 11 points and two steals.
- Sabriyyah Fennell added 10 points, six rebounds and three assists.
Up NextHendrix will be off until Dec. 30 when they face Centenary College of Louisiana at home.
