CONWAY, Ark. - Hendrix College senior forward
Samantha Lallas scored three goals and assisted another en route to a 5-0 victory over Louisiana College at Warrior Field Friday night.
The hat trick was the fourth of the career for Lalls, who hails from Northbrook, Ill.
The Warriors (3-1) outshot the Lady Wildcats (3-1) 25-3 overall and 16-2 on goal. Hendrix also held a 6-1 advantage in corner kicks.
Sophomore
Lucy Moore also added two goals and an assist.
Hendrix Notes- Lallas bumped her season total to five goals, having scored a pair against Williams Baptist on Monday.
- Lallas has scored nine goals in the last two years against LC. She recorded a school record six scores in Pineville, La. last season.
- Moore leads the Warriors with six goals and four assists on the season.
- Junior defender
Ashley Baker picked up her first career assist, helping Lallas goal 2:44 into the second half.
- Sophomore
Jordan Rausch recorded two saves for the third shutout of this season and sixth of her career.
Louisiana College Notes- Haley Clark made 10 saves while in goal 83 minutes. Annette Londono had one save in the final seven minutes.
- Jaime Trahan and Jayme Harmon each had a shot on goal.
