CONWAY, Ark. - The Hendrix College women's soccer team fell to NCAA Division II member Harding University 4-1 at Warrior Field Tuesday night.
The visiting Lady Bisons (2-2) scored just 3:10 into the game when Larkin Hatcher kicked it in from the right side of the goal on an Audrey Adkison corner kick. They went up 2-0 Bethany Sutherland scored in the 34th minute.
The Warriors (4-2) cut the deficit to 2-1 in the 40th minute when sophomore midfielder
Lucy Moore stole the ball from the HU keeper on the right side of the box and scored on a deflection.
The contest remained 2-1 until the Lady Bisons added a goal from Morgan Springborn in the 72nd minute and another one by Bethany Sutherland in the 76th.
Harding outshot Hendrix 31-5 overall and 16-3 on goal. HU also had an 8-1 advantage on corner kicks.

Up NextHendrix will travel to Greenville, Ill. for a 7 p.m. Friday match at Greenville College.
