ELMHURST, Ill. – Coming off a win earlier in the day against North Park University, Hendrix College volleyball, who was third in receiving votes in the preseason AVCA Top 25 poll, faced their first ranked opponent of the season in #24 University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
The Warriors (4-2) could not figure out the #24 Warhawks' (4-0) attack, falling in three sets 25-15, 25-15 and 25-12.

Hendrix finished with 18 kills, three aces, 30 digs and no blocks while hitting -.057. UW-Whitewater hit .277 with 35 kills, eight aces, 36 digs and three blocks.

Felicia Beeman finished with three digs in the match, which gives her 990 career digs.

UW-Whitewater Notes- Lauren Pfeifer posted nine kills and hit .333 for the Warhawks.
- Staci Hasler led the way with 25 assists.
- Brittany Robinson was the only Warhawk in double-digits in digs with 10.
