MEMPHIS, Tenn. - The Hendrix College field hockey team finished the Rhodes Invitational with a 13-0 defeat to #8 Catholic University of America on Sunday.

The Cardinals (3-0) outshot the Warriors (0-3) 51-1, including 36-1 on goal.

Junior Gabryele Pochron recorded 23 saves, tied for the fifth most in school history. She became the program's career save leader on Saturday and now has 536 in her two-plus seasons.

Hendrix Notes
- Freshman Holly Heeb took the Warriors' only shot.
- Catholic was the fifth ranked team the Warriors have played in the last three seasons and the fourth in the top 10.

Catholic Notes
- Rachel Day led the Cardinals with three goals and Molly Crowley had two goals and an assist.
- Madalyn Dennis posted a goal and five assists.
- Ten different players scored a goal for Catholic.

Hendrix will compete in the Lindenwood Invitational against NCAA Division II opponents next weekend in St. Charles, Mo. The Warriors will face host Lindenwood on Saturday, then Newberry College on Sunday.
