CONWAY, Ark. - The Hendrix College field hockey team lost 3-0 to Sewanee - The University of the South Sunday in a Southern Athletic Association game.
The visiting Tigers (4-6, 1-2) scored 2:23 into the game on a Ceara Caffrey goal. They tacked on two more goals in the second half.
Sewanee outshot Hendrix (2-6, 1-2) 41-10 overall and 27-3 on goal. They also led in penalty corner opportunities 12-5.

Gabryele Pochron recorded 22 saves, moving her career total to 918. She also moves into fifth place on the all-time NCAA Divsion III career saves list.

Bridget Umble registered her second defensive save of the year and 12th of her career.
