CLARKSVILLE, Ark. - The Hendrix College men's soccer team lost 3-1 to the University of the Ozarks at Hurie Soccer Field Sunday afternoon.
The Warriors (0-2) scored the first goal of the game in the 20th minute when sophomore midfielder
Daniel Sweeney knocked in a rebound. Hendrix held the lead for the rest of the first half, as they outshot Ozarks (3-0) 5-2 in the half.
The Eagles stormed back in the second half, outshooting the Warriors 13-2 in the period. Bryce Young scored a pair of goals 1:27 apart in the 50th and 51st minutes. Ozarks tacked on an insurance goal in the 87th minute off the foot of Michael Luster.
For the game, Ozarks outshot Hendrix 15-7 overall and 8-4 on goal. UO took four corner kicks to Hendrix' one.

- The goal was the third of Sweeney's career. He took two shots, both on goal in the game.
