ELSAH, Ill. - The Hendrix College swimming & diving teams won their second consecutive duel by defeating Principia College on the road Friday night. The women's team topped the Panthers 111-79, while the men won 102-82.
The Warriors combined to win 15 of the 24 events.
Freshman
Sam Melhorn broke his own school record in the 100 yard individual medley with a first place time of 55.02 seconds. He bested his previous mark by .37 seconds.

Abby Schlenk and Claire De Pre won the 100 medley relay in 56.71.
- De Pree, a senior, took first in the 200 yard freestyle in 2:11.83.
- Schlenk, a senior, had a time of 1:08.33 to win the 100 IM. She also won the 50 yard butterfly with a season-best mark of 29.97.
- Sophomore
Eberle Yarborough won the 50 yard backstroke in 32.21 seconds. was runner-up in the 200 freestyle at 2:19.33
- Lyerly, a freshman, swam the 50 yard freestyle in 27.53, finishing second.
- Sophomore
Ploy Freebairn was third in the 50 free in 28.65 and second in the 50 back in 32.81 seconds.
- Sophomore
Haley Whitson, finished second in the 100 IM with a career-best time of 1:08.70. She also had a season-best mark of 1:04.41 in the 100 freestyle, placing second.
- Freshman
Jordan Carl won the 500 yard freestyle in 6:09.31 and took third with a season-best time of 33.44 seconds in the 50 butterfly. She had a time of 36.22 seconds to finish second in the 50 breaststroke.
- Eubank, a sophomore, placed first in the 50 yard breaststroke in 35.50 seconds. She was third in the 100 freestyle in 1:06.26.
- Lyerly, Freebairn, Yarborough and De Pree won the 100 freestyle relay in 50.94 seconds.

Chris Griffin won the 100 yard medley relay in 48.00 seconds.
- Koser, a senior took first in the 200 freestyle in 1:58.24. He finished second in the 50 backstroke in 27.99.
- Melhorn also won the 500 yard freestyle in 5:13.53.
- Jiang, a freshman, had a time of 24.57 seconds in the 50 yard freestyle to win the race. He also won the 50 yard butterfly with a season-best 25.91.
- Alford, a freshman, had a season-best mark of 51.35 seconds to win the 100 freestyle.
- Sophomore
Diego Valdivieso was third in the 200 free in 2:08.32. He finished second in 5:47.20 in the 500 freestyle.
- Senior
Chris Griffin was second in the 50 yard breaststroke with a season-best time of 31.32 seconds.
- Junior
Bailey Price was runner-up in the 1-meter diving with a score of 169.70. He was also second in 3-meter diving with 156.90.
Hendrix will stay in Elsah for the Panther Invite at 1 p.m. Saturday.
