GARLAND, Texas - Both the men's and women's swimming and diving teams gained ground on the competition on day three of the 2026 SCAC Championships.
Emj Hubbard earned the first podium finish of the day, winning bronze in the women's 1-meter dive with a score of 336.75.
AJ Windsor then won silver in the men's 3-meter dive.
In the lanes,
James Cotham finished third in the men's 400 yard medley relay with a time of 4:18.33.
Cece Werth followed up a strong performance on Thursday with a third-place finish in the women's 200 yard freestyle.
Owen Vennerholm rounded out the podium finishes for the Water Warriors on the day with a 52.88 in the men's 100 yard backstroke to finish third.
After three days of competition, the women currently sit in fifth with 192 points, while the men are currently in fourth with 286 points.
