"I was really impressed with Oglethorpe," said Head Coach
Matt Kern. "They play a very attractive, possession based style in the defense and middle third. Their dynamic movement in the final third we found extremely difficult to defend. Additionally, their defensive transition is immediate and aggressive. This is a great learning moment for our group to play a team that has been ranked in the top 20 in the country."
Dalton Clement and
Faraz Arif both led Hendrix with a shot on goal each. Â
Nathan Myers made nine saves for the Warriors.
The loss knocks Hendrix to a 3-10, 0-3 SAA record.
