Conway, AR - The Hendrix Women's Soccer team hosted the Vikings of Berry College Sunday afternoon at Warrior Field in what was an intense game throughout. Â
Berry scored quickly in the 11' and it proved to be the only goal of the game as they would hold on to win the match 1-0.
"Today was a tough game," said Head Coach
Jeff Trimble. "Once again I feel like we played well in different periods of the game. In this league you have to put together a full game to get wins and we are right now just so inconsistent its diffcult."
Jordan Rausch made three saves and
Melissa Miller recorded four shots with two being on goal for the Warriors. The loss drops Hendrix to 5-7-1 overall and 1-2-1 in conference.
Hendrix will be back in action Friday when they travel to take on Sewanee in another SAA match.
