Conway, AR - The Hendrix College Women's Soccer team was able to come away with the win as they shutout Millsaps College. The win was Hendrix's third shutout of the season. The Warriors improve to 5-5 overall and 1-1 in the SAA. The loss drops Millsaps to 0-8-1 overall and 0-2 in the SAA.

On a windy, fall evening the Hendrix Warriors were able to jump out to a 1-0 lead, on a goal by Macie Stultz. Stultz was able to score on a pass from Hagan Griffith.

Hendrix was able to score another time in the 85' when Evie Cannon found the back of the net on a pass from Griffith. The goal was Cannon's third of the season.

The game would end there as HC would get the 2-0 victory. Hendrix held the edge in shots 17-5, as well as in corner kicks 9-1.

Hendrix goalkeeper Jordan Rausch had another outstanding game in net for the Warriors, Rausch made five saves on the night for the win.

Hendrix returns to action on Tuesday when they host Delta State.  The game will be played at Warrior Field, kickoff is set for 5:30 pm.
