FORT SMITH, Ark. - After putting up a brilliant fight against NCAA Division I foe Central Arkansas just five days ago, Hendrix faced its second, and last, exhibition contest of the season Tuesday evening when the Warriors would take on NCAA Division II foe University of Arkansas-Fort Smith from Fort Smith, Ark. An 11-0 run by the Lions helped build up a 23-point lead at the break. UAFS ultimately would take the game, 90-59.

- Sophomore guard
Kam Brasfield recorded nine of his team-high 13 in the opening half on an efficient 4-of-8 from the floor; also carded three rebounds and two dimes.

Alex Conrad produced 13 points off the bench as well; also had four rebounds and a steal in 26 minutes of action.

Carl Fitch added six points with a start; shooting 4-of-5 from the charity stripe against the Lions.

WHO'S NEXT
The Warriors, who have completed all of its exhibition contests on the season now, will hold its home opener Thursday at 7:30 p.m. against the Dallas Crusaders before gearing up to take part in the 2018 SCAC/SAA Challenge this weekend in Conway.
