CONWAY, Ark. - After taking on Centenary College yesterday, the Warriors looked to add another win today by facing Austin College. Hendrix came out strong and was able to recoup after the first basket was scored by it's opponent. Losing by 12 points (65-54), the Warriors are looking to recoup before their next game. Freshman Jayla King banked in a deep three pointer as time expired at the end of the third quarter but the Roos controlled most of the fourth quarter in route to the 65-54 victory for the road team.

- Sophomore JJ Tuff scored the first three points of the game just under the 9 minute mark.
- Hendrix was able to tie the game by three points in both the first and second quarter.
- Warriors tried to take the lead back in the third quarter by scoring 16 points whereas the Roos scored 14.
- King makes a half court shot at the end of the third quarter closing Austin College's lead 43-46.
- Sophomore Vinessa Daniel scored 15 points in the loss including 9-of-11 from the charity stripe.
- Junior Kessie Jenkins tallied 10 points and eight boards in 31 minutes of work.
- Junior Amber Turner logged five points, five boards and two dimes in all 40 minutes against Austin College.
- Freshman Rachel Woppman added four points, two rebounds, two assists and a steal in the loss.
