SHERMAN, Texas - After an impressive 19-point victory Friday evening over the University of Dallas Crusaders, Hendrix played its second of a back-to-back Saturday afternoon at Austin College in Sherman, Texas. Looking to avenge an 11-point loss a month ago in Conway and looking for the first 4-0 road start in program history, the Warriors recorded 30 first half points and stumbled to its first road loss of the season, 87-46. Vinessa Daniel logged her eighth double-figure scoring performance of the season after scoring 15 points against the Roos. Hendrix falls to 6-3 on the season while Austin College improves to 7-1 on the year.

TURNING POINT
After trailing by seven points after 20 minutes of action, the Roos outsocred Hendrix 50-16 to walk away with a 41-point victory.

Sarah Vogel hit back-to-back trifectas.
- Hendrix logged a 40.0% (12-of-30) field goal mark at the break as the Warriors trailed by seven points at the end of the first half.
- The Roos managed to outscore Hendrix 28-12 in the third quarter and limit the Warriors to four fourth quarter points en route to Austin College's 87-46 victory Saturday.
- After recording her first two three-point makes of the season Friday against Dallas, Vogel recorded two more trifectas Saturday against Austin College.
- Senior forward
Maddie Anderson and Turner added six points apiece, respectively, and combined for 10 rebounds. Turner also recorded four assists.
- Hendrix shot 19-of-66 (28.8%) from the floor in the game and 7-for-36 (19.4%) from deep while Austin College shot 29-of-59 (49.2%) from the floor and made 15 three-pointers.
- Freshman forward
Jayla King registered four points, two rebounds and a block in 20 minutes of work while Anderson and Daniel also logged one block on the day as well.
- Hendrix falls to 1-2 on the season in the second game of a back-to-back (1-1 at home, 0-1 on the road).
- After scoring 46 points Saturday, it is the first time the Warriors have failed to reach the 50-point plateau in a road game since Feb. 3, 2017 at Millsaps (47).
WHO'S NEXT
After completing its third set of back-to-back games of the season thus far, the Warriors will now enjoy Christmas Break before getting back on the road for another non-conference tilt in Texas Dec. 28. Hendrix will travel to San Antonio, Texas to battle Trinity (Texas) at 5 p.m.
