Conway, AR - The Hendrix College women's tennis team hosted the Eagles of Ozarks. The Warriors headed into play coming off of a win with an overall record of 2-2, 0-1 SAA.  

It was Hendrix who got on top early taking down the Eagles in the first doubles match 8-2. Hendrix continued its winning ways and the teams of Laela Zaidi / Sara Hoopchuk and Sarah Glass / Maria Gedly defeated the Eagles in the last two match-ups 8-4, 8-3 respectively to take a 3-0 lead heading into the singles match-ups.

Once again the Warrior's jumped out early as the Eagles would not be able to rebound. Walker earned the win in #2 singles to put the score at 4-0.

With the score 4-0 and another win just in the reach of Hendrix they would take the final singles match to take home the victory 5-0. 

The team will get some time off before taking on the Toppers of Blue Mountain in a non-conference match-up.  The match is set to begin at 2:00 pm.
