Sewanee, TN - The Hendrix College women's tennis team squared off today in the Quarterfinals round of the SAA Conference Tournament. The Warriors entered the tournament as an eight seed and faced the number one seeded Sewanee. Sewanee was able to win all three doubles matches and two singles matches to win 5-0.

Hendrix had strong showings at #3 singles and #6 singles.  At #3 singles, Laela Zaidi would play hard but ultimately fall 6-0, 6-0.  Karen Morris would also fight hard at #6 singles, however would also fall 6-0, 6-0.
