Hagan Griffith tallied a goal in Mississippi as Hendrix cruised to a 2-0 victory to improve to 2-0 in conference on the year.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Junior
Khenli Harpe found a streaking Griffith at the 8:31 mark to put the Warriors on the board early. The goal by Griffith was her 10th of the season; seven shy of the all-time record at Hendrix for goals in a career.
- Cannon recorded her seventh goal of the year after an assist by Griffith in the 53rd minute to put Hendrix up 2-0.
- The Warriors outshot the Majors 9-5 including 7-2 on shots on goal.

Anna Claire Lewis recorded two saves in the shutout following 90 minutes of action.
WHAT WAS SAID
"I feel like the girls played well today," said Head Coach
Jeff Trimble. "It was a tough place to play, playing on the road, and our first game on a turf field. I think the girls responded to the challenge. Anytime you get a good result we are happy."
