CONWAY, Ark. – Sophomore guard
Vinessa Daniel produced her third double-double of the season but it was not enough as Hendrix recorded just three points in the opening frame en route to the 60-46 defeat to Millsaps. The Majors improve to 13-2 (4-0 SAA) while Hendrix falls to 9-6, 2-2 SAA).

TURNING POINT
After the Majors created a nine-point run in the first quarter the Warriors were unable to catch back up. However, the Warriors did try to regain momentum at the end of the third quarter leading into the fourth by going on a ten-point run against Millsaps.
OF NOTE
- Hendrix shot just 4-of-38 and 1-for-17 from deep, but trailed by just 19.
- Freshman guard
Serena Pruitt and Daniel combined to score the first four points of the second half, but the Warriors trailed by 25 after three periods of play.
- A 10-0 run in the opening 4:21 of the fourth quarter brought Hendrix within 15 points at 49-34.
- After a Millsaps free throw, Hendrix went on a quick 6-0 run to trail by just 11 with 4:54 left.
- Millsaps hit its final four free throws to get away with the 60-46 victory but Hendrix doubled up the Majors in the fourth, pouring in 22 fourth period points while Millsaps had just 11.
- Daniel finished with a game-high 19 points and 10 boards en route to the third double-double of her career; also logged three steals and an assist.
- Freshman forward
Jayla King recorded a team-best 10 boards while scoring three points as well.
- Sophomore forward
Kessie Jenkins accounted for five points and five rebounds in 22 minutes of work while senior forward
Maddie Anderson tallied five rebounds as well.
- Hendrix shot 16-of-72 from the floor and 3-for-31 from deep while producing a 11-for-18 mark at the free throw line while Millsaps recorded a 19-of-54 mark from the floor, 6-of-18 from downtown and 16-for-19 at the charity stripe.
