CONWAY, Ark. - After a two-game road trip, the Warriors returned to Warrior Field for its last non-conference contest of the 2019 season. Coming into the game, senior forward
Hagan Griffith tied Stephanie Benning for the most career goals in program history (64), a record set 16-plus seasons ago. Griffith surpassed Benning's record in the 17th minute and tied the single-season record for goals (21) in program history in the 55th minute as the Warriors obliterated the Ecclesia Royals, 6-0, Wednesday afternoon. As a team, Hendrix recorded a program-high 47 shots while also accounting for 28 of those on goal. Griffith finished with those two scores off 11 shots while tallying four shots on goal. With the win, Hendrix improves to 6-5-5 while Ecclesia drops to 3-5.

Kaitlyn Gilkey.

Skylar Baker scored her first collegiate goal came in the 18th minute off an assist from
Rebecca Biggin.

Claire Huchingson in the 26th minute to put Hendrix up 3-0 early in the game.

Kaitlyn Gilkey scored her fourth goal of her career in the 45th minute as Hendrix led 4-0 at the break.
- After Griffith's second score in the 55th minute,
Sydney Wagner accounted for her third score of her career in the 75th minute as Hendrix cruised to the 6-0 victory over Ecclesia Wednesday.
- Wagner finished with seven shots on the day while Gilkey registered five; both combined for a total of 10 shots on goal against the Royals.

Anna Claire Lewis started the game and picked up her sixth win of the season after playing a perfect 22-plus minutes.

Avery Jensen played the next 35:50 before
Andrea Stitt played the final 32:01 in goal for the Warriors.
- Griffith currently leads the Southern Athletic Association this year in goals (21), points (46), shots (115) and game-winning goals (4) while she is also tied for second in all of NCAA Division III in goals this year.
WHAT WAS SAID
"I was proud of the girls today," said a proud head coach
Jeff Trimble. "I feel like they really worked hard and we played good soccer. Everybody contributed and was able to play; it was a really good team win. I am also very happy for Hagan; she's had a really good year and has really helped us out with her scoring. She works really hard on the field. It was awesome to see her beat the (goals) record."
