MARSHALL, Texas. – After suffering its first loss Tuesday in its last six contest, Hendrix looked for another matchup against East Texas Baptist University on Wednesday. After taking a 1-0 lead, the Tigers scored a pair of runs in its half of the first and led the rest of the game as ETBU defeated Hendrix, 11-6, for the second time in as many days.
Austin Pierce picked up the loss in his first start of the season while
Jorge Leon picked up his 201st and 202nd career hits as a Warrior.
