Conway, Ark. - Hendrix squared off with the top team in the Southern Athletic Association (SAA), the Oglethorpe Stormy Petrals, on what was mostly a wet, windy Sunday afternoon in Conway.  

Despite their best efforts, Matt Kern's side was unable to take a share of the points as Oglethorpe hit the Warriors for three in the first half en route to a 3-0 victory.

Sunday marked the penultimate conference match for Hendrix this season.

The loss drops the Warriors to 4-6-2 (2-3-1 SAA) on the year, and currently sit third in the SAA table with just one conference match remaining.

Hendrix now heads to Memphis to take on SAA rivals Rhodes on Saturday, October 21, knowing a result against the Lynx could very well clinch a top four finish and the right to host a first-round playoff matchup.
