Conway, Ark. - The Hendrix Warriors lost in a close affair to East Texas Baptist (ETBU) on Sunday afternoon at Grove Gymnasium.
Daniel Cobb knocked down both shots on a one-and-one opportunity with eleven seconds remaining in regulation to tie the game at 65-65 and send it into overtime.
A Darvis Rasberry three-pointer was the lone field goal that the Warriors could muster in overtime as ETBU pulled away late to secure the win.
Cobb led all scorers with 26, a new career-high for the redshirt sophomore.

Caleb Squires finished in double-figures with 12 and 16 respectively.
Hendrix shot 38.6% from the field as a team, and were 45.8% from behind the arc while shooting 72.2% from the stripe. Cobb knocked down 5-of-9 three-pointers, with Squires going 4-of-7.
The loss drops the Warriors to 3-9 (0-1 SAA), and will now head into the meat of conference play in the Southern Athletic Association as they venture to Atlanta to take on Oglethorpe on Jan. 5.
