Conway, Ark.- The College Sports Communicators have released their Academic All-District teams for Volleyball, with 4 Hendrix Warriors finding their names on the list. Riley Brady, Ana Bastos, Mary Addisyn Stubbs & Catalina Williams were all named CSC Academic All-District.
Brady was named All-SAA First Team this past season after starting 28 games this season with 329 Points, 235 Kills & 50 Service Aces.
Bastos was named All-SAA Honorable Mention after starting 26 games with 304 Points, 263 Kills & 26 Service Aces.
Stubbs was also named All-SAA Honorable Mention after starting all 29 games with 92 Assists & 500 Digs.
Williams started 19 games this season with 170.5 points, 145 Kills & 46 Blocks.
The 2024 Academic All-District® Volleyball teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes volleyball honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA. The CSC Academic All-District® teams include the student-athletes listed on the following pages. Academic All-District® honorees were considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. Student-athletes selected as CSC Academic All-America® finalists are denoted with an asterisk and will advance to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced January 14, 2025. The Division II and III CSC Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2024-25 Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs. The NAIA CSC Academic All-America® program is partially financially supported through the NAIA governance structure.
