Jackson, Miss. - The Hendrix Warriors dropped their penultimate regular season contest 74-59 to the Millsaps Majors on Sunday afternoon at the Hangar Dome.

Hendrix was outscored 22-9 in the opening quarter as they struggled to find their footing in Jackson.
After putting together a better performance in the second quarter, the Warriors went into halftime trailing 34-20.
The second half would not fare much better as the home side dominated the third quarter. Hendrix outscored Millsaps in the fourth quarter 19-18, but it was too little too late as the Majors strolled to a season sweep to clinch the #1 overall seed in next week's conference tournament.
Riley Brady finished in double-figures with 11 points and 8 boards.
The Warriors shot 33.3% from the field as a team and were 38.9% from behind the arc while going 16-of-20 from the stripe.
The loss drops Hendrix to 4-20 (2-11 SAA). They will face Rhodes in Memphis on Wednesday evening in the Southern Athletic Association finale with a chance the clinch the 7th seed heading into the conference tournament.
