Canton, Ga. - On Friday, the Southern Athletic Association (SAA) released its 2024 SAA Women's Cross Country Preseason Poll, with Hendrix slotting in at 5th after earning 17 points in the polling.

The voting was conducted among the league's seven head coaches. The complete poll is as follows:

2. Berry - 31 (1)
3. Rhodes - 26
4. Sewanee - 19
5. Hendrix - 17
6. Millsaps - 11
7. Oglethorpe – 7

Hendrix will kick off the 2024 regular season in Arkadelphia at the Bob Gravett Invitational, hosted by Ouachita Baptist. The Warriors return 2023 SAA Newcomer of the Year in Anna Cantrell.
