Canton, Ga. - On Tuesday, the Southern Athletic Association released its All-Conference teams for the 2024-25 season, with Hendrix landing two on the list for the second-consecutive season.
Riley Brady earned her first All-SAA First Team selection to follow up her 2023-24 SAA Newcomer of the Year honor. The sophomore averaged 14.0 points and 13.6 rebounds per game, her second-consecutive season averaging a double-double. Brady overwhelmingly ranked first in the SAA in rebounding and ranked 5th nationally. She also finished 7th in scoring in the SAA. She tallied a career-day against Rhodes back on January 8th when she put up 32 points and 21 rebounds against the Lynx. She recorded an astonishing four games this season with 20+ rebounds -- 23 versus Huntingdon, 24 versus Howard Payne, 21 versus Rhodes, and 27 versus Sewanee.
Ava Knoedl earned a second All-SAA Honorable Mention nod after averaging 12.7 points per game to finish 9th in the SAA in scoring. Knoedl shot 39.1% from behind the arc and 82.0% from the stripe, and scored a season-high 24 points against Howard Payne on January 5th.
Megan Gray was selected to the All-Sportsmanship team. The junior from Greenwood averaged 4.1 points on the year and shot 73.1% from the line.
