Shreveport, La. - Hendrix continued its unbeaten run in conference on Saturday with a 3-0 win over Shreveport at the Gold Dome.
The Warriors only allowed 20+ points in one of the three sets in what proved to be a relatively stress-free afternoon for
Brittany Newberry's side.
Riley Brady led the Warriors with 12 kills, hitting 0.625 on 16 swings. She was the only player to have double-digit kills.
Adilynn Henry followed up her second SCAC Setter of the Week award with another terrific outing, assisting on 19 points in just three sets. The senior added 6 digs defensively.
As a team, the Warriors hit 0.337 and combined for 11 blocks. Brady and
Ana Bastos each recorded 2 solo blocks.
Hendrix improves to 9-1 (3-0 SCAC) on the year. They will head to Longview, Texas tomorrow to take on LeTourneau.
