Conway, Ark. - Hendrix opened the 2025-26 spring season with a dominant 7-0 sweep over John Brown on Saturday evening at the Hatcher Tennis Center.
The Warriors picked up the opening point in the doubles round and surrendered just four games across the three doubles matches with a healthy mix of veterans and newcomers. Hendrix clinched the overall match in the singles round as
Josie Leffingwell,
Caroline Lasley, and
Evelyn Sandlin cruised to victories in the top three spots, while
Aysha Hosam,
Kate Adcox, and
Abigail Youngberg ensured the match sweep in spots 4-6.
